A new Skipass initiative aimed at valorising the fine food and wine traditions of the Italian mountains and the touristic offerings linked to food and wine.

Show Cooking Area
Chefs will go about the preparation of typical dishes from the mountain regions with the use of high quality raw materials, challenging one another in tasty and enjoyable contests, comparing and valorising mountainside regional traditions. Cookery classes will be open to fair visitors who want to try their own hand and come into contact with typical mountain cooking under the guidance of the chefs present at the event.
Exhibitors will have the chance to stage interventions aimed at presenting and promoting the products of their local cuisine and food and wine traditions. The conference area is also dedicated to the presentation of innovative tourist projects, to the development of gastronomic itineraries and to tourist communication.
